Cancellation consequences
Should you only be able to reimburse the received benefits all ,partly not, or just in degraded condition, a compensation of value has to be accomplished. This doesn`t count with the surrender of goods, if the degradation is exclusively based on their inspection- as it would be possible in a retail shop.
For the rest, you can avoid any value obligation to indemnify, if you do not take the goods in use like your property and omit from everything that impairs their value. Transportable package goods are to be sent back. Goods that van not be transported by package are fetched with you. You have to carry the costs of the return, if the delivered product is equal with the item ordered and if the price of the item does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or if you, in case of a higher price, have not generated a reward or paid part of the price already or Otherwise the return is free of costs for you. Obligations regarding the allowance of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending your cancellation explanation.
