3.1 The representation of the products in our on-line shop shows no judicial binding offer, but a request on the order.
If not noted differently at the products, all offers count " as long as the stock last " if not with the products something else is noted. Errors excepted.
3.2.By clicking the button „submit order“, as the last step of your order process, you are placing a binding order of the articles contained in the goods basket. The contract of purchase comes about by us accepting your order by a confirmation of the order by email immediately after receiving it.

Should you only be able to reimburse the received benefits all ,partly not, or just in degraded condition, a compensation of value has to be accomplished. This doesn`t count with the surrender of goods, if the degradation is exclusively based on their inspection- as it would be possible in a retail shop.
For the rest, you can avoid any value obligation to indemnify, if you do not take the goods in use like your property and omit from everything that impairs their value. Transportable package goods are to be sent back. Goods that van not be transported by package are fetched with you. You have to carry the costs of the return, if the delivered product is equal with the item ordered and if the price of the item does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or if you, in case of a higher price, have not generated a reward or payed part of the price already or Otherwise the return is free of costs for you. Obligations regarding the allowance of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending your cancellation explanation.

PRICES AND DELIEVERY COSTS
6.1 The prices stated on the product sides do not contain the legal value added tax and other price components.
6.2 If not agreed on differently in the order, dispatch will be free of charge , usually free to curbside within the German mainland. Any transport danger switches over from ex-factory to the buyer, eventual claims for compensation towards the carrier, will be assigned to the buyer. The claim of the sales price will be untouched in case of transport damage.
7. DELIEVERY
7.1 Delivery occurs only within Germany. Deliveries to other countries need to be agreed on separately.

8. PAYMENT
8.1 Payment occurs by invoice or bank transfer
8.2 Should you chose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details with the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receiving the payment.
8.3 A right to the compensation is entitled to you only if your counterclaims are ascertained legally judicially or indisputable or were recognised by us in writing.
8.4 Retention of goods can only be executed, if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
9. RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The product remains our in property until entire payment is done.
10. GUARANTEE
The guarantee occurs after the legal regulations.
